I will not only teach you how to fish a pool, I will teach how to fish for Atlantic Salmon anywhere.
Fly fishing Guide Jimmie Pedersen invites you to come fly fish for Wild Atlantic Salmon on the Heritage Margaree River, only 20 min drive from the Cabot Links and Cabot Cliffs golf course. World class fly fishing. And probably the most affordable wild Atlantic Salmon fishing in the world.
Expert or beginner, I will provide a great day fishing.
Come fish on The Margaree-Lake Ainslie River System, the largest on Cape Breton Island, it includes the Margaree River, the Northeast and Southwest Margaree Rivers, and Lake Ainslie. From its origins in the Cape Breton Highlands, it rushes through steep river gorges and meanders by farms and villages on its route to the sea. Known for its scenery, its Atlantic Salmon and trout angling heritage, designation as a Canadian Heritage River is testimony to the significance of the Margaree-Lake Ainslie System as a national treasure.
All equipment included. Fly fishing Guide Jimmie Pedersen will take beginner or expert angler out on these magnificent rivers of Cape Breton Island, the pearl of Nova Scotia.
I also fish the beautiful Cheticamp River. Despite starting in the highlands similar to Margaree, it is a completely different river. Large boulders, deep red pools in narrow canyons makes this river nothing less than spectacular. This river is dry fly heaven.
